VINIFICATION:
Destemming, spontaneous fermentation with 6-
month maceration in terracotta amphorae where the
malolactic fermentation also takes place. The wine
ages in the same amphorae on fine lees for 8 months.
Bottling without filtration and stabilization, further
refinement in the bottle for 2 months.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Intense yellow color, aroma of yellow fruits and
citrus fruits with marked salty notes. Full-bodied,
taut, vibrant, sapid and long in the mouth, with a
fresh, sapid, vibrant aftertaste.

PAIRINGS:
Fufluns goes perfectly with tasty seafood dishes such
as molluscs and crustaceans, with grilled vegetables,
all types offried dishes, semi-mature cheeses but also
with white meats.
